Deep emerald and black gather along one side of the shell while pearl, mineral grey and white move through the centre. A warm copper line travels between them like metal exposed inside fractured stone. Copper Passage captures the place where one material appears to become another - dark mineral depth opening into a lighter, weathered surface.
At its heart: transformation travelling along the line where two states meet.
